The Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow II we are offering is an exceptionally well-maintained example in a highly original condition. This vehicle was originally delivered by Jack Barclay, the world's oldest Rolls-Royce dealer. It comes with full documentation from day one and features a stunningly rare color combination. The paintwork is in good condition, having been fully resprayed in its original color.
From a technical perspective, this vehicle has a significant advantage: it has been meticulously maintained throughout its entire life and has recently received a German H-Kennzeichen. Every component functions as it should—the engine starts smoothly and immediately, idles in perfect sync, and the gearbox shifts effortlessly through the gears without any unusual noises while driving. This particular example underwent its last major service at the end of 2023 and has only been driven a few miles since.
The interior remains in completely original condition. The blue leather exhibits an incredible patina yet has no tears. The wood on the dashboard and accents is in good condition, the headliner is in excellent shape without sagging, and all accessories in the vehicle function properly.
The documentation is complete from day one, including a full maintenance history and records of all 85,000 miles driven. Additionally, it comes with an extensive folder of maintenance invoices, appraisal reports from the UK, the Netherlands, and Germany, as well as participation documents from the Bonhams concours days.
